I purchased a home with Jimmy. I closed in July of 2018 in Clackamas or. I have purchased and sold a home previously and Jimmy’s service far exceeded my expectations. He was always available! I work early and get home late. Jimmy was answering questions from 6am to 9:30 pm.
I know that must have been aggravating but he was always positive and enthusiastic. When I finally found my home, Jimmy worked tirelessly to support and to defend my “Buyers” rights. He often told me to wait when negotiating with seller to press for further benefits. After closing, without asking, Jimmy went to the local post office to buy (out of his pocket) me a key. This was after he was paid. Showing his follow through, and determination to ensure I was taken care of. As far as price, Jimmy is lower than any other agent on the market, but that in no way affects his service, knowlede, and determination to get the job done. I will use only Jimmy in my future buy/sell endevours. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family!
